Crosseyed NASDAQ Malfunctioning

NASDAQ has reported market crossings in the bid and ask prices.  Nanex has released information stating the action is in ALTR, AMZN, AAPL, QGEN, CECO.  Efficient markets are at work (sarc)
The UTP SIP is investigating an issue affecting the National Best Bid and Offer (NBBO) appendage on UQDF in a limited number of symbols. The issue may result in stale quotes in the affected symbols. Further details will be provided when available.
