( RTR ) 04/21 02:31PM OBAMA SAYS WILL MAKE SURE THAT NO ONE IN OIL MARKET IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE FOR THEIR OWN SHORT-TERM GAIN
The government of the United States has begun to churn out the distraction style reporting. President Soetoro appears to waste more of the citizens money on investigations into Oil speculators (Exhibit A), as if they are to blame for the Brent Oil Index surge in price. Perhaps this time the US citizenry will witness a better "ass-kicking" (Exhibit B ). Oil prices have been affected for many reasons, of which everyone is bugging out about the "risk premium" on the commodity. I'm not here to offer definative answers about the inflated price (Libya, FED money printing, new market demand, a reformulated oil demand base, a President who spends his time golfing (Exhibit C) instead or working. Here is a humorous look back at our presidents and their pathetic attempts to make promises that they can not keep.
The real story is how this is the beginning of the long and much hated election campaign. If the POTUS were sincerely concerned about the state of the US shoreline and sea driven coastal economy he sure showed it in a different way by golfing more times than he spoke with Tony Hayward (Exhibit D). Remember the oil price manipulation back in 2008? It is not a secret that the Republicans in the US support big oil firms and vice verse (Exhibit E.1 and Exhibit E.2), and that the American people are pawns in the elitist battle for wealth and power (Exhibit F.1 and Exhibit F.2). Don't be fooled, keep alert and check everything. Oil investigations and other stuff like this will be pumped out in a effort to distract the public from increasing inflation from run away money printing. This is the season for sound bites, lies and massive spin for political agendas
